Silk Chiffon 3.5

Chiffon 3.5 is a light and airy silk, perfect for making flowing scarves, shawls, and delicate accessories. Its grenadine silk weave makes the fabric delicate, transparent, and slightly textured, giving it a characteristic matte sheen. The fabric weighs approximately 15–20 g/m2, making it one of the finest types of silk.

Silk dye spreads more slowly and controllably on its surface than on Ponge 05 silk, allowing for softer transitions and lighter tones – ideal for creating airy, translucent paintings. Gutta absorbs easily and evenly, ensuring clean lines and working well with contour techniques.
